Pinky arrived in New Orleans in 2001 after graduating from Virginia Tech determined on landing a killer cooking gig in the New Orleans fining dining scene. Over the years Pinky gained acclaim working the kitchens at Bacco’s, Tommy’s, Elizabeth’s, Muriel’s and Mandina’s. In 2014 Pinky opened her coffee shop, Pinky’s at the Court, which was a huge success. She sold the coffee shop in 2022 to travel and spend more time with her husband, Rocky Marchiano and feline buddy, WhoDat Harris.

During 2024 Pinky accepted an opportunity with FORA to help travelers create memorable experiences in New Orleans by leveraging her vast network of local New Orleans contacts, her intimate knowledge of the New Orleans hospitality industry and her skill at navigating the never ending calendar of New Orleans festivals, parties, conferences and musical events.

Pinky is a die hard Mardi Gras Reveler as a member of the Krewe of Tucks and Krewe of Bosom Buddies. She is also an avid charm and jewelry crafter who makes her own Mardi Gras throws.
