Meet Pinky Harris

Pinky Harris is a FORA Travel Consultant exclusive to New Orleans of which she & her husband, Rocky Marchiano, have been a local residents for 25 years.

She is a graduate of Virginia Tech and 15 year veteran of the New Orleans culinary scene. Pinky is one of New Orleans’ most celebrated Sous Chefs having plated at Tommy’s, Bacco, Muriel’s, Elizabeth’s and Mandina’s. Having owned her signature coffee shop, Pinky’s at the Court, until 2022 she transitioned into her travel consultancy practice in 2023.

Pinky is a well known figure in the New Orleans hospitality, event and entertainment scene. She is a dedicated Mardi Gras Reveler, Krewe of Tucks & Krewe of Bosom Buddies member and avid charm/jewelry hand-crafter.
